By accessing and using CVMine ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on CVMine for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Account Registration: You must register for an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Types: CVMine offers different account types (Candidate, Employer, Advisor). You may only create accounts that accurately reflect your intended use of the Platform.
Your Content: You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform, including resumes, job postings, and profile information.
License to CVMine: By submitting content to the Platform, you grant CVMine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all content you submit to the Platform.
Users are prohibited from:
CVMine uses ITAL tokens as a virtual currency within the Platform. ITAL tokens have no monetary value outside of the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of monetary value.
Users may earn, purchase, or receive ITAL tokens through various Platform activities. CVMine reserves the right to adjust token rewards, pricing, and redemption values at any time.
ITAL tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using CVMine, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Employers: Employers agree to post only legitimate job opportunities and to comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Employers must not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
Advisors: CareerAdvisor agree to provide professional, ethical guidance to candidates. Advisors must maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CVMine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CVMine makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall CVMine or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if CVMine or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
CVMine reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CVMine operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
