Nexplace Info Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager- Recruitment with over 4 years of hands-on experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing a team, as well as working with a pool of freelancers in recruitment. The role requires a strategic mindset to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring the achievement of individual and team targets.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs for staffing, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Freelancer Management: Handle and coordinate a network of freelance recruiters, ensuring their alignment with company goals and recruitment processes.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their staffing requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are met and build long-term recruitment partnerships.
• Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technology to improve processes and ensure competitive advantage.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in handling recruitment in a staffing company (4+ years).
• Strong expertise in managing teams and coordinating with freelancers.
• Ability to source, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in working with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of compliance and labor regulations related to hiring.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing recruitment strategies and processes.
