About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Java & Full Stack Trainer to join our Associate Development team in Bengaluru. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs covering Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, and JavaScript (ES6+) for associate batches of 20–40 learners
Build and maintain high-quality training content including courseware, hands-on labs, presentations, and graded assessments using tools such as Moodle LMS or Articulate 360
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring to ensure associates achieve project-readiness
Track and report training KPIs including assessment scores, completion rates, and post-training performance outcomes
Collaborate with project managers and SMEs to keep training curricula aligned with current enterprise frameworks and coding standards
Develop fast-track onboarding modules to reduce associate ramp-up time on live projects
Stay current with Java 11/17+ features, React.js, Node.js, and modern DevOps practices
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in Java/JavaScript development and/or technical training
Strong hands-on knowledge of Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js / Angular)
Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led training to associate or entry-level engineer batches
Proven ability to design curriculum, assessments, and structured learning paths
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent Java certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Nice to Have
Train-the-Trainer certification or equivalent L&D qualification
